Mushroom Chicken Piccata

This is absolutely delicious! My husband who isn't a big chicken fan even loves it. I browned the chicken then removed it, sautéed onion and mushroom and added sauce then put chicken back in to simmer. I used fresh lemon and good white wine. Amazing. We have it at least once per month. Thank you Karen!

Beef Bourguignon II

My husband really loved this dish. I enjoyed it as well. Next time I will use a bit of beef broth to cut the wine flavor a bit since I did find you will need extra liquid toward the end. Will make this one again

Chicken Crumb Coating

This was really good. I had planned to make it for family and wound up with extra guests. Everyone raved about how good it was. I will make this again. Next time I will crush the cornflakes more though so they coat better.

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

This is really delicious. The only changes I made were to lightly sautee my onion first and I used 6 strips of real bacon cooked crispy. Next time I make this, and I defintely will, going to use a little less cheese and add some italian sausage. YUM

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

These are really good, moist on the inside and the breading is delicious. This recipe is a keeper. I plan to make this for guests the next time we invite friends over.

Baked Spaghetti

My husband and I really enjoyed this. It is very tasty. I used Ricotta instead of cottage cheese and did't add the sauce to the pan, I just used it when layering the casserole and poured it on then. I will definitly be making this again! FYI- you'll have lots of left overs.
