Orange Crunch Cake
One of my favorite recipes on this site.... I follow this recipe exactly only substituting crean cheese frosting for the vanilla. I also make sure that the can of frosting is refrigerated a good couple of hours before starting to make the frosting, that way its easier to frost the cake. I also line the round cake pans with parchment paper then, butter and flour the sides of them. It always gets eaten within 2 days! Great Cake!

Key Lime Pie VII
I had to come back and write a review on this. Make it. Don't change a thing. I live in Palm Springs, CA and we have 2 wild Mexican lime trees in the back yard. Wow... they are in season now, and I used them for this. Very Easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly and used those Keebler graham cracker crusts on the store shelves which are not refrigerated. I beet and egg and brushed the crust with the egg wash, then backed the crust for 8 min in a 375 oven. Cooled the crust, then added the batter, and baked the pie for 8 min more. I used Cool Whip dolloped on top after it chilled in the fridge for 3 hours... Wow... Thanks! The perfect desert!

Double Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies
GONE IN 60 SECONDS........ I made these for a small gathering tonight. Wow. I followed the recipe exactly and made sure the cookie pan was not greased or foiled lined. I used a plain cookie sheet. They came out fantastic and were gone in a minute or so..... I chiled the dough for a couple of hours before I baked them. Thanks Bonnie for an outstanding recipe!
