About this Cook
I am a new stay at home mom and for the first time in my life, I have a chance to learn how to cook! I've had lots of great recipes given to me and am now experimenting and learning my way around the kitchen.
My cooking triumphs
I'm most proud of mastering my Italian Grandma's eggplant parmesian. It is really labor intensive and time consuming but it's worth it because it's a huge hit every time I make it!

Rich Italian Sausage and Potato Soup
This soup is the best I've ever made! I didn't have the pancetta so left that out, used 3 potatoes instead of 2, used Italian breakfast sausage instead of links and used 3 cups of water with a whole can of chicken broth because that is what I had on hand and it was fabulous. My family LOVED it and I will definitely be making this again. Delicious!!
