Buffalo Chicken Dip
This dip is the bomb! We make it way more often than we should. We brought it to a friends house once and now we get requests to bring it everywhere we go.

Best Spanish Rice
Better than any spanish rice I have ever had. This has become a family staple and a requirement any time we have tacos, taco salad, burritos, fajitas, etc... My oldest daughter loves it and she doesn't even like rice. I make it per the recipe except I use chicken bouillon cubes(2) instead of chicken broth as I usually don't have chicken broth on hand. I also use 3 cups of water with the bouillon cubes as I found I was always adding water as it cooked down too fast. Sometimes we add leftover chicken to it to make it a meal all by itself. My family would give this 10 stars if they could.

Beef Stew VI
It was good but not great. Although I must admit I am not a huge stew fan to begin with. My wife loved it. It had a bit too much rosemary flavor. So if I make it again, I would use a bit less rosemary and probably add some minced garlic. I was afraid it would be very salty with the 4 bouillon cubes but I didn't find it too salty at all. I also ended up about tripling the amount of corn starch and letting it cook with the lid off for about an additional hour to get it thickened up more.
