Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I've made this half a dozen times - it's fabulous!! Don't substitue and use brown sugar. I did that one night when I was out of white sugar and it burned on me. Chicken meat was still good but the skin *(which is usually sooooooo fabulous with this) wasn't edible. Great recipe. Double line your baking sheet and clean up is a breeze. Worth the effort!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

huge dissapointment. Not chewey. flaky and shortbrea-esque. Tastes fine but it's not a chewey chocolate chip cookie.

Hot Italian Giardiniera

In order to home can this you can't water bath, you'd have to pressure can it since it's low acid. Anyone have data otherwise. Otherwise you could be setting yourself up for botulism, which is undetectable and fatal more than 50% of the time.
