Simple White Cake
This recipe worked wonderfully. I had a last minute catering order and needed fluffy white cake quickly. I had this recipe saved, so I pulled it out.
At first, when following it to the letter, the batter was super thick, more like brownie batter. So I added an extra 1/4c milk, and it was perfect.
Light and fluffy, not overly sweet, and spongy.
I made mini cupcakes with mine, and they rose beautifully. Thanks!
