Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert

Something Special Apple Crisp

This was delicious. I used my own homemade apple filling but this recipes crisp. The crisp was tasty, buttery, crispy and delicious! Loved it.

Chocolate Cream Pudding

Nice and creamy pudding. I think I'll cut the sugar back by half a cup next time and add an extra chocolate square. It was just a bit too sweet and not quite chocolaty enough.

These were awesome. I dredged frozen wings and then baked them in the sauce. I think it took about 1.5 hours all together because they were frozen. When they were almost done I basted them with sriracha hot chili sauce and they were AWESOME! I also used the full 5 tsp of cayenne and I thought they were perfect.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

This was so easy and really good but so fatty. All of the fat from the bacon ends up in your dish. Next time I will fry the bacon a bit in a pan and then add it to the chicken. The bacon actually took 30 minutes to crisp up and even then it wasn't that crisp. I actually discussed leaving off the bacon because the sauce is so nice but my husband loved the bacon. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

Moist Cinnamon Rolls

These were absolutely delicious! I added canned milk instead of regular milk and 2 extra Tbsp of it. I also only baked the rolls for 15 minutes. Anything more and the rolls would have been dry. Just like any other recipe I kept an eye on them and when they were to my liking I took them out of the oven. My husband said they were the best cinnamon rolls that he had ever tasted. I agree!!

Banana Cake VI

Very moist cake. I found the cream cheese icing way too sweet so I added half of the sugar. Even that was a touch too sweet. Next time I'll double the cream cheese and half the sugar. You can never have to much cream cheese icing. The cake itself was fabulous.

Pastry Cream for Pies

This was wonderful! I tried the double boiler and it took forever so I just cooked it over the stove with a whisk and it thickened very quickly. Delicious.

Chicken Stew with Pepper and Pineapple

New York Cheesecake III

This really is the best cheesecake. Love the crust. Mine didn't crack and I think it has to do with the amount of beating. The more air the more likely it is to crack. Thanks so much for the great recipe. It was exactly what I was looking for.
