Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole
My Mom taught me how to make this years ago and it has been in our rotation ever since. I often add different veggies also, keep in mind don't go overboard with them, try it a few times with one or two but because of the onion soup mix, the flavors might not mix too well. Our fave mixes are green beans and corn or asparagus and water chesnuts. Although I like this recipe better than my Mom's because it is less time consuming. My Mom would use a whole cut up bone in chicken, thanks for this version!!!

Rachel's Wasabi Cocktail Sauce
First of all, this is a great version of 'coctail sauce'! I love the use of wasabi instead of horseradish, I'm a huge wasabi fan anyway. I just happened to find this recipe last week right after buyin a few pounds of fresh Louisiana gulf shrimp that I was planning to boil, this was a very good compliment for it! while others who reviewed it don't like ketchup cuz it's 'cheap', don't review a coctail sauce recipe. If you wanna use mayo, or sour cream, that's more like tartar sauce! Thanks Rachel, I loved it!!!

Bada Bing Bada Banged Potatoes
I saw potatoes made similar by Curtis Stone on take home chef so when I saw these I gave them a try. Let me just say they are excellent as is and if you're feeling a bit adventurous you can change them just about any way you want and they still came out wonderful!
