I was very disappointed with this recipe. I refrigerated the chicken soup mixture with boneless chicken pieces an hour or two before frying. Not sure if this was the problem, but the batter did not stick when I fried it. I tried dredging the chicken a second time in the flour mixture but it didnt help. I am not sure if it was a problem that the chicken was skinless. My son in law has lots of experience cooking and suggested I dredge the chicken in flour before I dip it in the soup mixture. Not sure I will try this again. I think I'm hipper with over frying.
