Peanut Butter Balls IV

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
they turned out really well. I doubled the vanilla and didn't use the maple flavoring cus i think that sounded really gross. next time I might use milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet, but i'm really happy with how they turned out and they are super easy.

I use the dough recipe and then stuff them with whatever strikes my fancy at the time. The dough is fantastic. I make it gluten free, and people that have tried them couldn't tell.

excellent recipe. I decided to mix all the whipped topping onto it because I didn't feel like doing 2 layers. I will definitely be making this again.

Chi Tan T'ang (Egg Drop Soup)

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
excellent soup. I rarely get to eat egg drop soup because I can't eat gluten, and this is fantastic and super easy. I cut the vinegar in half and used a little bit of regular onion instead of green onion and added a little black pepper. I think next time I will add some carrots too.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
I made some modifications, and it seems to have turned out well. I will know more when I actually eat it, but it looks great. I did 1/2 cup of peanut butter instead of 1/3, I also omitted the flour, as I have to eat gluten free, and I have NEVER put flour in a cheesecake that I have made. I also baked it at 350* for 50-60 min in a water bath. I've always made cheesecake that way, so I decided to do it that way again. I'm really pleased with how it set up as it baked. It looks just like the many other cheesecakes I have made.

Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
I made this for dinner tonight, and it was a hit. I used half a green pepper and half a red pepper instead of just a half a pepper. I also used italian sausage instead of smoked sausage because i wanted that extra spice. As suggested by others I added some cayenne pepper and chili powder as well. I will DEFINITELY be making this again.
