This was a simple but terrific recipe. I used butter instead of margarine but other than that, no modifications, and I liked that this was made with common things that are easy to find in the pantry/fridge. The dough does puff up a bit as it cooks so keeping the spoonfuls on the small side is fine. I added them to a soup I had been simmering in our slow cooker - just a homemade stock with chicken, carrots, celery, and onions thrown in (along with seasoning - kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, thyme, parsley, and a little minced garlic). This was the perfect way to finish it off and it went over well!

Brie and Cranberry Pizza
I used cherry pastry filling and almond slivers instead of the cranberry and pecans. It visually looked rather iffy but after people got over the initial skepticism, the pieces practically flew off the serving trays. Everyone loved this and even though there was a large array of appetizers, it was easily the first to get devoured. I would definitely serve it again, it's so simple and was such a huge hit. Though I'd probably work on making it a little more visually appealing next time.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I
Wanted to make something without grocery shopping preferably using one of our old boxes of stuffing, and this was the recipe I came across. I didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. I did make a few adjustments though. I added some dried herbs (ground thyme, garlic salt and rosemary leaves), used cream of mushroom instead since we didnt have cream of chicken, and included a little white wine on the stuffing on top to add a little extra moisture/flavor. The wine and stuffing seemed to complement each other well. Very simple and tasty and the chicken was very moist.
