Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2013
This is a fantastic sauce, unfortunately I didn't have the ginger :-( but even without it, the sauce turned out wonderful! Next time I make it I will take a closer look on other comments to spruce it up but it's a great starter base.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2013
I followed some of the suggestions, the nutmeg, pure vanilla extract but when adding the vanilla I blended it with the brown sugar and butter mixture for the top, absolutely amazing, I will make these again!

Chili II

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2012
Fabulous recipe. I didn't have garlic, so I used garlic powder and no cayenne or chili seasonings so I used 2 tbls of a pre-made chili seasoning. It was lovely. Made some fresh rolls for dipping and none lasted!

Awesome soup. I didn't add the milk at the end though, I just made a rue and it was fabulous. Definately will make this soup again!

Easiest Oven Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
Great reviews, used ritz crackers and didn't need as much butter. Seasoned chicken with pepper and a little salt, and in the cracker mixture I added paprika, garlic salt and some herbs. Chicken was moist with a crunchy coating. Will definately use this recipe again!

Chicken Thigh and Dumpling Stew

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2011
I followed the recipe spot on but my differences were I used cream of mushroom/garlic soup and unfortunately I didn't have the bacon to sprinkle on the top. Soup was awesome, I recommend trying it for sure!

Michelle's Coconut Chicken Curry

Reviewed: May 11, 2011
Turned out fantastic! I used water chestnuts instead of califlower and 4 big teaspoons of curry powder, full can of sweetened coconut milk, omited the chicken broth, otherwise followed recipe. Very yummy! I will definately make this again!

Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: May 9, 2010
Great Dish, asparagus was perfectly done, to keep the chicken moist I covered it with tin foil for about 10-15 min as soon as I took it out of the oven. I will definately make this recipe again.
