Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

I followed directions exactly, and added orange zest. I was afraid the batter spread too much when I made the two dough logs, but they turned out ok. I had no problems cutting, I let the dough cool for 15 minutes before I put back in the oven.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

5 stars for simple and tasty! I used low fat soup and fat free cream cheese. The second time I added mushrooms, broccoli, and sundried tomatoes and served over rice. A good meal with almost no effort!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Best veggie burger I have ever made! Cooked it on the stove stop gor about 7 minutes each side. I added red chili pepper to kick up the spice and threw in a bit of corn.

Donut Muffins

I should have listened to others and cut the nutmeg in half. I also think I over mixed because the texture of the muffins was too tough. The cinnamon sugar on top is the only thing that saved my creation. I hope to make again b/c they look so delicious in the picture!

I must have overbaked this recipe; I doubled and placed in a 9x13 pan and backed for 30 minutes. The edges were a bit dry, but the middle was moist and delicious! I would defnitely make again and adjust baking time.
