Whole Grain Healthy Banana Bread
These are excellent. My kids ate them up quickly. I used several others suggestions to make mine. I used regular sugar (about 1/2 cup) plain yogurt for sour cream, added applesauce and left out the flax seed meal. This will be a recipe I will use many times. Healthy and tasty.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is DELICIOUS! I doubled the recipe and used packaged, cubed ham. I added choppped Broccoli as well. I had to add an additional 2 TBL's flour to get the milk to thicken up. Great cool weather soup!

Chocolate Pecan Pumpkin Bread
I made this recipe with the chocolate and without and it was delicious. My kids loved it too. My large loaf took about 1 hour 20 minutes to cook. I will try making this as another suggested 1/2 applesauce and 1/2 oil.
