delicious! I have already made this Naan once a week since finding this recipe a month ago. My kids and husband loved it. It does take quite a bit of time to make, but it's SO worth it!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
This is my new go-to oatmeal cookie recipe. It is awesome plain or with raisins! I did everything as the recipe calls for, except I used rolled oats instead of quick cook for a slightly chewier texture. Overall these cookies were a hit in my house!

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: May 26, 2011
Since finding this recipe I have made this bread at least 25 times. I love it. The key for me was cooking it at 350 and not 325. I read in another review to substitute brown sugar for part of the white sugar and it adds great flavor. Also, I used vanilla yogurt instead of buttermilk, and reduced the oil to 1/4 cup. Turns out perfect everytime.

Best Black Beans

Reviewed: May 26, 2011
I use this recipe for everything! It is simple, but delicious. I always add a bit of water and a cube of chicken boullion to it, it adds so much flavor and makes a great side dish.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
This soup is delicious! I needed a recipe to get back into using my crock pot again and this one sounded amazing. I followed it pretty much as it reads, except that I added a can of drained black beans. I also put in two defrosted chicken breasts and then shredded them after about three hours. My husband and son both loved it! My two year old actually licked the bowl and ate every bit of it. For him, this is a very rare thing! Thanks for a great recipe that I will definately make regularly for my family!
