Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
Very yummy! I made some slight modifications on this recipe. I substituted sour cream for the mayo, omitted the basil and garlic powder and doubled the spinach and mozzarella. Then, after reading some negative reviews that said it was "too thick" I added a few tablespoons of heavy cream to ensure it was nice and creamy. Tossed it all in a loaf pan and baked for a half hour. It was superb. I served it with tortilla chips and crispy baguette slices. Would highly recommend serving for a party. I will definitely be making this again! :)

Extreme Chocolate Cake
Delicious cake *and* icing! It's moist and super chocolaty and fantastic with a cup of coffee. The only change I made was to use coffee in place of the water. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was that it didn't raise very tall. Also as other reviewers stated...batter is very thin. Otherwise, great! It's a keeper! :)

Peanut Butter Ice Cream Topping
Eh, not so great. I have a *major* sweet tooth and as is, the recipe is wayy too sweet. I ended up doubling the peanut butter and adding a pinch or two of salt to cut the sweetness. The texture was also a mess. I stirred it with a wooden spoon and tried a whisk but with no luck. I ended up having to dump it all in the blender and give it a healthy whirl. This is a recipe with room for improvement.
