Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Yummy muffins! Substituted sour cream for yogurt, used slightly more banana and chocolate chips. Mixed chocolate chips into dry ingredients so they didn't settle to the bottom. Delicious!

Cheddar Bacon Hamburgers

AWESOME! Used 2 lbs ground beef and five slices of bacon cooked and crumbled - left out the horseradish and used our favorite BBQ spice blend. Can't wait to eat the leftovers!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Followed recipe exactly, except that I baked in a 9x5 loaf pan instead of muffin cups. Baked at 350 for 45 min. Very good recipe, will definitely make again!

Easy, Cheesy Zucchini Bake

Great easy meal! I did add minced garlic and onion to my turkey, while it was browning. Then add a can of diced tomatoes w/ onion, celery, and green pepper, along with the spaghetti sauce. I quartered my zucchinis and cut into large chunks, and it took about 45 min at 350 to fully cook them. Still it was worth the wait. Even my husband, who isn't a big veggie guy, went back for seconds. Thanks!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

This was awesome! I made a few changes however-- I used only 2 chicken breasts and browned them in butter then poured the 1 can soup w/ some black pepper and milk over them to finish cooking. I covered my broccoli with water to boil and threw in a couple small handfuls of egg noodles when the water came to a full boil. After about 6 min, drained my noodles/broccoli and poured into 9x13. Then shredded my chicken and poured the soup and chicken mixture in. I was out of cheddar, so I tore up a couple slices of deluxe american. Baked for about 10 min at 350 then threw on some french fried onions and baked a few mins more. The chicken wasn't dried out and the onions added some extra flavor and crunch. Great recipe. DELISH!
