Salem Witch Cocktail

So good...with my substitutions! I didn't want to buy so many different bottles of liquor, so I bought rasberry vodka to combine the vodka and schnapps. Also, I used limeade instead of sweet and sour (can't stand s&s) and lime juice. It was perfect...not too sweet or sour. Yum!

Tater Tot Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
Super yummy! Took advice of others and used 4 eggs...took almost an hour at 375 degrees, though! Also added onion to the sausage.

Spicy Orange Beef

Meh. The sauce was definitely missing something. Wouldn't make again without serious revisions.

Delish! I used frozen meatballs, ricotta instead of mayo, and no water, per other reviews.

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
YUM! I subbed butter for the shortening (as I had none) and used Nutella instead of the fudge as another reviewer suggested. I also sprinkled toffee bits on top. It was perfect and got rave reviews!

Spaghetti Pie II

Love it! I use a store bought spaghetti sauce and frozen meatballs instead of ground beef to make it even more quickly. I also use ricotta instead of cottage cheese.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2010
These are great! Everyone at church asked me for the recipe. The only thing I changed was that I only put 2 tablespoons of butter with the chocolate when melting it and I added more chocolate, based on previous reviews.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2010
So good! I added corn and doubled the sauce, as many recommended, but ended up with WAY too much sauce. I couldn't fit it in the pie shell, but it's so good, I just served it over rice. Yum!

Cream Cheese Bars I

Everyone loves these! I do reduce the sugar to 2 1/2 cups, as 3 1/2 is way too sweet!
