Best Bread Machine Bread
Oh wow! I've never had such success with making bread, this was fantastic! I followed exactly except that when I checked it half way through the cycle to my surprise it had risen so much it was touching the lid! So, I took it out, punched it down and then let it rise again in a loaf pan. I baked it at 400 for 20-22 minutes and it was perfect. I have made a second batch now but used butter instead of oil and am making it into cinnamon swirl raisin bread! BTW

Softest Soft Bread with Air Pockets Using Bread Machine
I'm not really quite sure how to rate this, to be honest. The loaf is only about 4 inches high. My yeast was fine, as it proofed perfectly, yet this loaf just didn't rise for me. However, the inside is a lovely texture, full of little air pockets as promised, and it smells heavenly. I think if this had risen well it might have been fantastic.

Basic Corn Muffins
I'm so confused! I was excited to find a "basic" recipe that I could jazz up myself...I added minced jalapeno, shredded zuchini, diced roasted red peppers, chives, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and grated extra-old cheddar....they looked and smelled amazing, and then I took a bite....and they were BLAND! I have no idea how this happened...the only thing I can think of is that they need WAY more salt.'s like a bad prank that I added so much flavour and they seemed to magically make it disappear. Maybe next time...this recipe is a good base in that they had a good texture and consistency...thanks anyway.
