This recipes was delicious. I added mushrooms, sauteed onions, a splash of Worchestire sauce, and packet of McCormick's Au Jous sauce along with the indicated ingredients. I let it cook for 4 hrs., then I sliced the meat in half, and let it cook another 4 hrs. When I removed the meat for slicing, I let it sit untouched for ten minutes so it can asorb the juicies to prevent dry meat. After slicing, I placed the slices back into the pot for another ten minutes scooping it out with the mushrooms and onions. The meat was juicy, and the gravy was flavorful and delicious. Sooooo good!
