Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: May 19, 2015
I was very suprised how deliscious this was for such a simple recipe. I made as stated here but added 16oz of ham instead of 8. Will absolutely make again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: May 19, 2015
I made this recipe exactly as it is listed here. It turned out well. Flavor was good, however I added a little salt while eating for more flavor. I also used bud light lime for the beer.

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2015
I made this exactly as directed. I found it good but not excellent. I recommend using a little hot sausage to give it more zing.

Whole Wheat Coconut Oil Waffles

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2014
Being the first to review I made the recipe exactly as it was written. Results: perfect texture & good flavor with a hint of coconut. This recipe is easy & quick to make. This would go great with a pineapple or coconut syrup but I had regular syrup & Irish butter and it was enjoyable. Wheat flour makes this waffle a little more filling than other recipes. Big fan of the coconut oil instead of butter or shortening.

Monster Cookies I

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
Tips First: -Cook for 11 minutes (they look quite un-done, but they are) -Also, make balls and let them settle in the oven, they are less crispy this way. -Extra MMs are perfect. -Use a FLAT metal spatula to remove from pan, and let them sit on the pan for 2-4 minutes first so they dont fall apart. Yes it makes a lot, but you peobably want this many since I have about 10 people asking me to make them a batch! I brought to a superbowl party and not one person who ate them did not RAVE how great they were! I made medium size and large sized cookies. They were chewy and perfect. REALLY watch the timing, 1 minute to much will give you crispier than wanted cookies.

Cranberry Apple Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
I made this for Thanksgiving to have something different from Pumpkin Pie. Best pieI have ever made! Went fast and was all the rave! I was out of apple pie spice so I added a few extra spices like Cinnamon and Orange Peel. I also added 1/3 cup extra sugar because I was scared it would be to tart from the other reviews. Turned out GREAT! Will make again!

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Wonderful flavor! Very good, the only issue I ran into on Thanksgiving with the recipe is with people who are weird about textures of their food. It has a little mushy texture. But if your not weird about the texture, it is great!

Apple Scones

Reviewed: May 10, 2010
These turned out great! I used a gala apple. I added cinnamon to the dough. For all the people who said it was not sweet enough try adding extra sugar to the top of the scones before baking. I will definatly make these again and will try adding new things to this recipe.
