Hummus III
Excellent recipe...my first attempt at making hummus. Followed other suggestions, and added cumin, paprika, cayenne, and olive oil, and some of the juice from the beans into the hummus while blending, in order to get the taste and consistency I was looking for. All additional spices were added to taste, so no measurements were given here. Thanks for sharing!!!!!

Black Bean Vegetable Soup
This is an Excellent recipe...have made this several times and a hit every time. I also added bell pepper, celery, cilantro, and hominy...plus extra broth. Thank you so much for sharing.

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta
This turned out really well. I used 4 roma tomatoes, a little less onion, 1 clove of minced fresh garlic, a little sea salt and fresh ground pepper, also I subbed mozzarella for the cheese because that is what I had on hand. As others suggested, I brushed my bread w/ Olive oil on both sides and placed in oven for 3 minutes, then added the topping. Bread was not soggy and was very good. Thanks for sharing!!
