Hot Cross Buns I

I use half a cup of mixed dried peel bits with half a cup of raisins to brighten them up a bit inside. I also found I could substitute half a cup of white flour for half a cup of fine whole wheat flour and it added nutrition without changing the texture or taste. Super yummy!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

All it took was once. Now I'm ordered to bring it to every function! Most popular, delicious stuffing EVER! A meal in itself for stuffing lovers - go ahead and skip the turkey ;-)

Amish White Bread

Best bread I've ever made. Makes 25 lovely rolls in a large square pan too. I have requests for more already and I am glad it is easy to make without butter or any fancy ingredients or machines. I may decrease the sugar a bit next time but it was very popular as sweet rolls.

Parmesan Chicken II

We really enjoyed this dish, but I had the chicken too crowded into the pan so they didn't crisp all over like they probably should have. Another time I would spread them out and follow advice of other people who either marinade the chicken or add garlic and other flavours. The whole house smelled amazing while it cooked, but the flavour didn't soak into the chicken at all, just stayed on the outside. Very simple and easy to prepare and would definitely make it again!
