Savory Chicken Breasts

Oh my gosh I cannot begin to tell you how yummy and easy this was. I used more Swiss cheese than called for since I used six piece of thigh meat (not a fan of white meat) and added cubed potatoes for a side which I covered in Stove Top (sage) stuffing instead of regular bread crumbs. My husband said this was the best chicken dish I have ever made. This is a new family favorite and after the first bite was dubbed a make again meal. So good!!!

Asian Beef Skewers

My husband loves Chinese food and loved this but I am not a huge fan of any Asian food with the exception of sushi. While the meat was perfectly grilled the flavor was too much like Teriyaki jerky and not in a good way. My low rating has to do with my personal likes/dislikes and not so much the actual recipe. If I made this again, I would need to use less hoisin and perhaps ginger.

Killer Aioli Shrimp Hoagies

I have actually had these made by chef and they are KILLER. I second her recommend that tomato would have been a nice touch but they are so good you won't miss the tomato slices. Love her food!

Mango Salsa

This was awesome! We served with Macadamia coconut crusted white sea bass. My husband tried the salsa and wasn't thoroughly impressed until he put the two together and announced the mango salsa made the meal. I will be making this again and again. It was easy to make and we'll eat the leftovers with chips.

Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops

Onion Rice Pilaf

This was a great base for pilaf but it seemed like something was missing. There was salt in the chicken broth so it wasn't salt. I tried to add a little garlic powder but that didn't cut it either.

Pork Apple Burgers

This was really good but I am not a hamburger person so it would be hard for me to give any burger five stars. That being said, it was very good. I made bacon on the side which my husband added to his and then asked me to fry an egg over easy. The egg on the pork burger made it. It was incredibly good and only enhanced the pork burger. My husband says we will definitely make this one again.

Move over, because this is not your mother's Seabreeze. This tangy, light drink will have you wishing all year was pool weather but great any time of year. I love the combination of all the fruit flavors. Now where is my pear vodka???

Thyme Salmon with Sage Pasta

The sage, butter and garlic makes this dish. A must try!!! So many people default to a sweet sauce for salmon but this is infinitely better. You will not be sorry for taking a chance on this recipe.
