Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
My family LOVED this! I used 4 chicken breasts and a roasted restaurant style salsa - we had lots of leftovers. This chicken is also fantastic on a baked potato with some pico, sour cream and cheese.

Sweet and Tangy Slow Cooker Bar-B-Q Pork
This was super simple and delicious. One kid always has to be difficult, but he ate it and the rest of us LOVED it. I made it per the directions except that I used a Splenda blend of brown sugar.
