Chicken With Mushrooms

Tasty and flexible. I sauted the mushroom with some onions and garlic because that's what we like. I used a mix of smoked mozzarella and swiss.

Delicious! I tend to make a mess out of the top layers when cutting, so I set aside the torn sheets of phyllo for the top layers. They flake off easily or I pick them off for a nibble. A serrated knife works well.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

Delicious! I made this for some celiac friends and they were thrilled. Non-celiacs loved it too. Dense and moist and intensely chocolatey (I used bittersweet not semi-sweet) Note that if you want to make this gluten-free DO NOT FLOUR THE PAN. It defeats the purpose. I used cocoa powder. Also, if you are going to sprinkle with powdered sugar, follow the recipe and do it just before serving. I did it the night before and it didn't look pretty. THANKS FOR SHARING!

Baked Pork Spring Rolls

Delicious! We don't eat pork so I used ground turkey. The combination of flavors is wonderful. I quadruple the recipe and freeze the extras. The teenagers are willing to help if it means they get to eat them!

Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread

Quick, easy and tasty, always a good combination. Daughter was four days removed from having wisdom teeth cut out, so I folded over the pizza dough for less crispy, more fluffy.

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Excellent as is, no changes necessary. I am not a fan of fish, but I find myself looking for opportunities to make this dish. Easy enough for weeknights, delicious enough for guests.
