Rice Pudding
This never "jelled" for me. I think it needs more rice or less liquid. Very disappointing.

Chicken Puffs
Really good! Note to Sabrina, yes, you can use Puff Pastry, just be careful it doesn't burn. As other reviewers have mentioned, I have changed the fillings (ham, cheese and broccoli; chopped steak, mushrooms and grilled onions; and veggie version with grilled veggies).Yum.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I made this for my co-workers to rave reviews. Added vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg as suggested by other reviewers. Did the lattice top. Used 4 granny smith and 4 gala apples. Baked at 350 for over an hour - because I like the apples soft. A bit of the sauce dripped onto the lattice, but was fine. Put aluminum foil on btm of oven and under the glass pie pan. Y U M.
