Marinated Rosemary Lemon Chicken
Awesome dish with very few ingredients. Only 3 stars since the taste of lemon is over-powering. I let it marinate about 2 hours, but that was too long. Maybe an hour at the most. The rosemary was straight from the garden - fresh is always better. This dish went great with garlic mashed potatoes.

Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken
The grill was out, so I cooked this in the oven. The ingredients all went into a baking dish, baking at 350 for about 35 minutes, finishing with a quick touch with the broiler. For a little extra flavor, I put an extra splash of lemon juice plus 2 lemon wedges on top of each piece of chicken. The flavors were all very subdued, but thanks to the extra lemon there was a nice lemon kick in every bit. The meat was tender and juicy, and everyone enjoyed it.

Balsamic Chicken
Following the suggestions of others, I cut back on the balsamic vinegar, changed the sugar to honey & brown sugar, and added more garlic. I had it marinating in the fridge for a few hours just before cooking. The meat was awesome! Well, except for the strong vinegar flavor - still should have cut it back some more; maybe only 1/2 the listed amount. My kids couldn't even finish it. This recipe has A LOT of potential dishes if only the vinegar is cut back.
