Ham with Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze
Simple, easy ham glaze. I only used 1/2 cup of pineapple juice and no oranges to keep the glaze thicker. We had a small 4 lb ham so it was perfect! Will definitely use again!

Tortellini Salad
I made this tonight for my husband and me. We both loved it! I made it almost exactly as written but I made additional sauce and added fresh Parmesan cheese. I think you have to start with great tortellini which I got at Sam's Club. I also used garlic and herb Lipton soup mix (about half an envelope) instead of the Italian seasoning because we were out of it. Still came out so yummy. We will definitely be making this often.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
I made this recipe for my family and they LOVED it. I made it for supper and it was perfect. I did make some minor alterations just based on taste and what I had in the house. I used one can of cream of potato and one can of cheddar cheese soup. I also used about 4 oz. of jack cheese (shredded) and the rest was sharp cheddar. I topped it with french fried onion rings and some additional cheddar cheese. I also added one small can of green chilis since my husband likes a little zip in these kinds of recipes. It was wonderful!
