I've been making this recipe for several years and is always a favorite; great when you have guests. Only change I make is to roll the breast in Stove Top stuffing mixed with a little butter; use either chicken or wild rice stuffing when I can find it. I also buy a small boneless ham or turkey ham and use thicker slices then luncheon meat. Sometimes if it's not rolling right for me I just lay the chicken breast flat, put the ham and cheese on, cover with cream of mushroom soup and always have some extra stuffing to sprinkle on the top.
