Holiday Pumpkin Cake with Rum-Cream Cheese Glaze

I bake a lot and it appeared to have too much pumpkin in ratio to the other ingredients. Next time I will use cups of pumpkin or cooked mashed sweet potatoe. 4 3/4 stars I carried it to a church function and the platter was cleaned, Recieved many compliments

Margarita Cake

I can't tell you how often I am requested to bake this awesome cake. I've used this recipe over 7 yrs. Sometime I use pistachio pudding or lemon cake mix if orange is not handy. I aleays get rave reviews. M.McWhorter
