Crab Lasagna Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
I was disappointed in this recipe. It tasted "low fat". I like the idea, so next time I will add some mozzarella cheese and also try alfredo sauce instead of tomato.

Camp David Spaghetti with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
Just had the Camp David Spaghetti for dinner. It was a hit. I followed others and added some red wine, a teaspoon of sugar, used a can of seasoned diced tomatoes instead of the whole tomatoes, and a little cayenne pepper. It was delicious and when I said "I think I will make this again", my daughter said "I think I will eat this again"! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
These are great sloppy joe's. I added onion to the hamburger while it browned and quadrupled the recipe. I also added a teaspoon of chili powder and a teaspoon of white vinegar. They are wonderful!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
Love this recipe and now we don't have to wait to go to the restaurant to enjoy it. I followed the recipe, except used kale in place of the spinach. It was wonderful. Thanks for sharing! Update: We ate at the Olive Garden last night and I had to have the soup to compare. This is as good or better!!

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
We loved this recipe. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to read the reviews. After trying the recipe, I would add more peppers and onion. I had really big chicken breasts and four of them. They cooked for 8 hours and were perfect. I served it with white rice and it was wonderful with lots of yummy juice.

Taco Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
This was a great recipe. I added 1 can of Rotel tomatoes to the meat and also some green pepper and onion. I only used about 1/2 of the sour cream and not quite all the chips. It was so wonderful! I ate too much and can't wait for some leftovers.

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
This was great! I did mine in the oven at 400 degrees for about an hour or so - 3-1/2 lb. I added some garlic to the beer can and an onion in the neck. It was delicious!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
These were so wonderful! Easy too. The dough rolled out very nice. I followed the recipe, but baked at 375. As soon as they came out of the oven I turned them onto waxed paper, so as to use all of the delicious filling. I can't wait to make them again!

Mexican Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
This was so yummy! I thought it was too good to be true, it looked so easy and not that many ingredients. It's true. Great. I did add onion to my ground beef and some garlic powder. Also added some sour cream to one layer of the lasagna. I used nearly two cups of cheese, but you don't need quite that much. Maybe one cup. It was wonderful. Thanks for sharing!

This was wonderful. So fresh tasting. The only thing I did different was to only use 1/2 of the broth. Loved it!

Cabbage Rolls II

I give it 5 stars, but with the following changes. Triple the sauce recipe and add garlic to the meat mixture. I baked mine in the oven at 375 for 1 hour 15 minutes and then another 15 or so with the cover off. They were delicious and easy. My first time to make them!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Really enjoyed the muffins. I added a few craisins, but that was my only modification. Yummy. Can't wait to make them again! Be sure to grease the top of the muffin pan and it's no problem to get them out.

Taco Pasta Salad

This is a great recipe. So delicious. I followed the recipe with the only exception being that I used a yellow pepper instead of a green pepper. It was a hit at a work potluck and I can't wait to make it again for my family. Thanks for sharing!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
These bars were named appropriately "delicious"! The only change I made was to double the recipe and use a 9X13 pan and I'm very glad I did.
