Spring Lime Tea Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
These are absolutely wonderful. I added a little extra lime juice to the cookie and I used powdered sugar for the frosting. Otherwise, followed the recipe and they are so delicious. I can't wait to share them at work. I know they are going to be well received.

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
I really enjoyed the broccoli. It was a bit salty, so next time I will use half of the salt. Otherwise, it was perfect. Very delicious! Thanks for sharing.

Swiss Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
We enjoyed this very much. The pork chips were nice and tender and had great flavor. I didn't have much luck with my breading as it ended up mostly in the pan. Next time I will have more butter for the browning. I used spicy brown mustard because that is what I had and I think that was just fine. Can't say much about that because most of my breading just fell off. I look forward to making this again.

This is a great pizza. Very fresh tasting and quick weeknight meal. I added some sweet peppers, but otherwise followed the recipe as is. Delicious!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
This is a very flavorful dish. I used half and half instead of the heavy cream and I wouldn't do that again. Mine was too thin, even though I used some cornstarch. The flavor was great though, but follow the recipe as is and it will be great!

Pork Steaks

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
We love pork steaks and I wasn't sure about trying a "recipe" as we like them panfried with some seasoning, but this is way better. They were super good!

Waikiki Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
Great recipe. It was delicious. I can't wait to make it again. The only change I had was that my pineapple was a 20 oz. can. I used all the juice, but not quite all the pineapple. It was so good. Thanks for sharing!

Nana's Pasta Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
Thanks for the great recipe. I wasn't sure when I first was putting the carrots, onion, wine and olive oil to cook, but it came together so delicious. I simmered mine for 3 hours and used with the "Meatballs Nirvana". A great combination!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
These bars were named appropriately "delicious"! The only change I made was to double the recipe and use a 9X13 pan and I'm very glad I did.

Taco Pasta Salad

This is a great recipe. So delicious. I followed the recipe with the only exception being that I used a yellow pepper instead of a green pepper. It was a hit at a work potluck and I can't wait to make it again for my family. Thanks for sharing!

Really enjoyed the muffins. I added a few craisins, but that was my only modification. Yummy. Can't wait to make them again! Be sure to grease the top of the muffin pan and it's no problem to get them out.

Cabbage Rolls II

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
I give it 5 stars, but with the following changes. Triple the sauce recipe and add garlic to the meat mixture. I baked mine in the oven at 375 for 1 hour 15 minutes and then another 15 or so with the cover off. They were delicious and easy. My first time to make them!

Mexican Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
This was so yummy! I thought it was too good to be true, it looked so easy and not that many ingredients. It's true. Great. I did add onion to my ground beef and some garlic powder. Also added some sour cream to one layer of the lasagna. I used nearly two cups of cheese, but you don't need quite that much. Maybe one cup. It was wonderful. Thanks for sharing!

These were so wonderful! Easy too. The dough rolled out very nice. I followed the recipe, but baked at 375. As soon as they came out of the oven I turned them onto waxed paper, so as to use all of the delicious filling. I can't wait to make them again!
