I have been looking for a German Potato Salad recipe for a very long time; one that would please both my husband and myself. My husband, not a huge fan of vinegar, thought this one was pretty good. I thought it needed some more vinegar so I sprinkled some on my serving and we were both happy. The German Potato Salad of my childhood always had hardboiled eggs in it and I added some which helped thicken the sauce.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

It made many more cookies than the recipe stated but that is a good thing because they were fabulous. I took many to a bake sale and two ladies bought a plate of six and came back to purchase two dozen each. Thanks for the great recipe.

Soft Gingersnaps

These cookies were great; reminded me of the cookies my mom used to make when I was a child. I ended up with 96 cookies from this recipe and they were a huge hit at a bake sale.

Tina's Fruit Dip

This was so delicious and so easy. I needed a "small" dessert to take to a party and I brought this with some gingersnaps I had made to use as dippers. It was a big hit. It did need to chill to thicken as others have written.

Fruity Grilled Pork Tenderloin

I should have reviewed this years ago. It has become my number 1 way to cook pork tenderloin. My fussy son in law's only complaint was that I didn't make more. It develops the best crust without being too sweet.

Savory Grilled Potatoes

I made these for dinner tonight and was amazed at how these few ingredients made such a savory dish! The only thing I changed was to use two cloves of garlic because that was what I had left and I wan't going to save one little clove.
