Fabulous recipe!!! I loved the teriyaki sauce recipe, but I prepared my meal on the stove top. I made half the volume of sauce and poured it over ~1 lb of chicken breast that was cut into bite-sized pieces. I let this marinade overnight in the fridge. The next day, I poured off the marinade and cooked the chicken in a non-stick pan (no oil added). The chicken was very tasty but a bit tough when prepared this way. Just for fun, I made another half-volume of the sauce and poured it into the pan after the chicken had cooked through, then thickened it with a bit of cornstarch and water. WARNING: When cooked this way, the sauce is a bit intense. Next time I'll leave the sauce off, try reducing the amount of vinegar, or I'll actually bake the chicken as directed by this recipe. :)
