Grilled Salmon I

I used wild sockeye salmon. I only marinaded for about 30 minutes and it was still tasty. I also tossed baby bok choy into the marinade and grilled those as well. I served the salmon with mango salsa, but it was flavorful enough on it's own.

Italian Wedding Soup II

This is a great tasting soup. I had meatballs left over after increasing the recipe to 12 for a baby shower and just saved them for making the soup another day. Making extra meatballs really cuts down on time later on. I also added little star-shaped pasta. Very tasty indeed!
