I enjoyed making these - easy to make and very good to eat. Made one small change, coated the baking pan with a brown sugar and water mixture. This added more sweetness to the taste. A big hit and will make them again!!

Oyster and Cornbread Dressing

Give Me Seconds Oyster Dressing

I made this recipe as a side dish - it has great flavor but is a little wet. I had to cook it about 10 minutes longer in order for it to dry out.

The World's Best Turkey

I was very surprised at the taste of the turkey. The beast meat was juicy and very tasty. Although, the champagne was a little strong – it gave the bird a great flavor. I would most certainly use this recipe again.
