Breakfast Casserole I
UPDATE 11/19/11: Made a pretrial run of this dish before making it for Thanksgiving. Came out way too bready. Thinking about lining pan with pillsbury pie crust dough or the pillsbury crescent roll dough. Previous Post: I have made a similar recipe in the past and it is so nice to make ahead of time and just pop in the oven. I'm making this for Thanksgiving but using spinich instead of brocolli, adding diced onion, diced tomatoes, the bacon (I usually use beef sausage link cut up, but this time I HAVE bacon) and the cheese. It's an easy recipe that you can put anything in (asparagus) and it will come out great. I'm not sure about 2 cups of milk; might cut that down to 3/4 or 1 cup. Cube the bread before lining the pan, or just throw cubes in the egg mixture and pour it all in the greased baking dish.

Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Chops
Don't judge my 5 star rating just yet. I read what everyone else was doing with the recipe, saw they were adding water, so I added WINE (just a splash of a couple jigs or so) AND the onions, and have it ready to slow cook while Im at work tomorrow. Got my fingers crossed. OH, and I used country style pork rib fingers instead of chops. How could you go wrong on this?????? I'll let you know how it turned out but I'm totally confident.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I
I had left over baked chicken so I made this recipe. Didn't have the stuffing mix, so I mixed bread crumbs with butter and a little of the chicken fat and sprinkled that over the top. Everyone really enjoyed this and I'll make it again in the future. Would prefer it a little creamier; maybe add a splash of milk next time?
