I made this recipe with a few modifications & OH MY~~it was THE best meatloaf ever. I reduced the milk to 3/4 C, I used 1 1/2 C of seasoned bread crumbs, 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp cayenne pepper & sauteed the onions as well as 2 TBS minced garlic & 1 large bellpepper in butter before adding it to the meat mixture. For the topping I ditched the ketchup & used 1/2 C honey barbeque sauce with the mustard/brown sugar (& will probably go to 3/4 C BBQ sauce next time I make this) I lined my loaf pan with tin foi for easy clean-up & cooked for 1 hr 40 minutes, transferred to a serving platter & let stand 10 minutes before slicing. There were NO left-overs; wish I had doubled the recipe.
