This was very good, I had been having problems making homemade sauce that my husband approved of, and I really hate using store-bought. This received the stamp of approval, and now will be used quite regularly. I like that it makes a ton, and I can make some in advance and possibly can it, at the very least freeze it. I think the only variations I might try in the future is to use some fresh herbs (basil and Italian parsley), possibly wine, etc. Thanks for the recipe.
