Apricot Ginger Game Hens

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
i used twice the amount of apricot reserve (jam actually) just a little less soy sauce, and dried ginger spice ( 10 mls). I didn't have the white wine, but this still came out tasting awesome and was extremely easy!

Black Bean Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
I Really was surprised by this! so easy and I'm hard to please chocolate wise, and this did the trick. I used 1/2 cup of apple sauce instead of oil and extra vanilla and coffee. It smells like there's a liquore hidden in there!:) I plan on handing this out this recipe to my friends! (I'd recommend freezing before cutting tho)

Roasted Cauliflower Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
i made this and thought it was good. I had no milk, and no sherry and it still turned out great. I used two onions(we really like onions at my house) and used real garlic. nice on a yucky day:)

Irish Soda Bread in a Skillet

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
was in a bit of a hurry so I used 2 tablespoons of vinegar to curdle the milk. I also happened to misread the measurement on the baking soda and used baking powder-what a day, anyways this still turned out great.

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2013
This recipe is awesome. I used my dough hook to mix the first three cups of flour. i then used my good old wooden spoon to mix in the last three cups. I found i needed 6.75 cups, but it tastes awesome. thanks for sharing.
