This recipe was delicious. I used chicken tenderloins instead of breasts, left out the onion and used frozen dumplings instead of the biscuits. I also used chicken broth instead of water and spiced up the chicken with sea salt, ground pepper, Montreal chicken seasoning, paprika and garlic powder. I let the chicken cook in the broth and soup for about 3 hours (on high) and added the dumplings for about 2.5 hours (on low). The chicken shredded nicely and the dumplings were perfecly cooked. Yum!
