About this Cook
Well....I am a fun full of life girl. I own my own photography studio www.katielynnphoto.com I was born and raised in Wyoming but moved to New York City for a while, and worked for a high end wedding and fashion photography studio. I moved back started a business, got married, had a child, and just now purchased a new house with a huge kitchen so I decided to actually cook. My life is a wirl wind and I LOVE IT. I love my family and don't know where I would be without them.
My favorite things to cook
I don't even know. I was the girl that cooked chicken or fish on the George Forman and ate a salad. I have never really cooked until now.
My cooking triumphs
I have only cooked Baked Halibut for my in-laws, who are very picky. But they LOVED it, so I was pretty happy with myself.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make an angle food cake and well, I didn't think it raised that much. What a mess to clean up. That right I screwed up an angel food cake, I know crazy.

Baked Halibut Steaks
This was a great dish. I have been trying forever to get my inlaws to eat healthier but they are really scared healthy will not taste very good. But guess what they LOVED this. For me the fish needed some seasoning, but the veggies....mmm....they were good. So maybe if you put seasoning on the fish before you bake it, it might give it a little more jazz.
