Mocha Coffee

This tastes just like what I buy for $3.50 a cup at my local coffee house! It is just what I was looking for- great taste that is not sickeningly sweet, and much cheaper than buying out!

I was questioning how good this could be with so few ingredients, but tried it because I wanted to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. It was WAY better than I had expected! In fact I am making it again tonight for the 2nd time this week! Made it exactly as directed except that I put a mixture of parmesan and cheddar on top. Excellent!

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

This recipe is AWESOME! Very yummy and very easy to make! I would not leave out the cilantro, but I don't think you necessarily need an entire "bunch."

Baked Sweet Potatoes with Ginger and Honey

This was delicious! I did not have walnut oil (actually have never heard of it) so I used olive oil. Added chopped walnuts and they were a fabulous addition. Will definitely make again!

Coconut Tofu Keema

This was delicious! My husband and I both loved it. I followed the advice of others and cut the tomato sauce back to one cup. Also, I didn't have peas, so I used one can of drained red kidney beans. I will definitely make this again.
