I love this recipe! This was the best taco salad recipe I could find that didn't kill it with dressing and doritos!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
I would put my money on this pizza recipe over any homemade one! Be aware, this makes a veryyy thick pizza. Last time I made it, I took about 1/4 of the dough out for a thinner crust. Next time I may even half it. Also, add italian seasoning to the mixture before kneading it for extra flavor!

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
Loved it! Healthy and works prefect with out pizzas at home! Walmart's pizza sauce is all-natural so I bake the crust for about 10 minutes without anything on top. Then I spread the sauce on top, italian cheese blend, and add bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, basil, oregano...delicious!

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
These are awesome! I never blend the oats, and really see no need to, they are very small to begin with and you won't notice. I always use 2 or 3 bananas as well. We love these things at my houst! Thanks!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
Oh my heavens! This bread is amazing. I cut in half each time and I still get 2 huuuuge loaves. I use sucanat instead of sugar (it's all-natural...it's sugar before it's ever been processed, therefore it still has the molasses component and it's perfect for baking, desserts, etc. It also reacts in your body like a whole grain instead of sugar. My mother-in-law got me on it 1 year ago and I'll never go back to regular sugar!)

Peppy's Pita Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
Great recipe! These were pretty flat when I put them in the oven and they plumped up just like restaurants! We make these healthier sometimes and use whole wheat. Then we eat them with honey or agave! Yum!

Toasted Breadcrumbs

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
This recipe works great for making breadcrumbs. When I get done processing them, I add salt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and parsley to make Italian breadcrumbs. I never buy crumbs from the store anymore, and have been making these for about a year. Use these to bread anything, but my favorite is chicken parmesan!!

Morning Glory Muffins I

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
Wow! These are seriously the best muffins I make. I make them healthier by using all whole wheat flour, sucanat instead of sugar (Sucanat is very nutritious...FYI sucanat is sugar BEFORE they process it, therefore it has tons of good stuff for our bodies!), all applesauce instead of oil and apple butter, leave out the walnuts (we just prefer no nuts in our muffins), and 2 whole eggs (we use brown eggs with lots of omega3s). Try these!!! I took them to a women's brunch one weekend and got rave reviews. My husband's family loves them too!

This is so neat! My husband has an intestinal disease, so we make our own butter alot. So cool how it works. We enjoy making it together and it tastes so fresh! Several of my friends are making it now too!

Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic

I always just use diced tomatoes and usually add basil, oregano, etc. and that way we have it with our italian dinners. This is so simple, but so good!
