Honey Wheat Muffins
As is this is only a 3 star recipe, but it is a great base if you add other mix ins like chopped dates, craisins, nuts or other dried fruit. The texture is great, I didn't use muffin cups because low fat muffins always seem to stick to them for me, so I just sprayed with Pam and they popped out of the pan nicely. I also used Almond milk instead of buttermilk because thats what we have in our house. Anyhow, like I said, really nice base to add other stuff into!

Barbecue Ribs
So, I always laugh when people write "This recipe was SO good, but I did it like this......." And here aI am, about to do that!!! The thing is, I just never have the time OR all the ingredients to do a recipe like it's written. So, I read all the reviews and made a couple changes. The main point I hope people get from this, is that you can do this QUICKER and they will still be AWESOME. First, I boiled the ribs for an hour -to the water I added garlic powder, salt, pepper, dried mustard and Worcestershire sauce -I think this was key. I only had a 1/2 to marinade the boiled ribs in the other sauce -which was also altered. I didn't have Chile sauce or ketchup, but I had chili sauce (the Heinz jar kind) so I subbed that in for what I was missing, and per the enchilada sauce recipe I added some cumin to it. Then we grilled them for the allotted time. The whole I time I was eating them I kept saying "I can't believe I made these!!!" and my husband said they were bbq contest good!!!! I'm making them again tonight, but will marinade them overnight this time. I still put stuff in the water. These ribs KICK BUTT!!!!!! YUMMMMMM
