Very good. Made this for a healthy recipe. Used college Inn 50%less sodium low-fat chcken broth. Calculated 1/6 of the recipe to be= calories: 215, Total Fat:4g, monounsaturated fat:1.5g, polyunsaturated fat:0.8g, Saturatde fat:0.3g, trans fat:0g, Sodium:804mg, Total Carbs:23g, Fiber=6.3g, Protein:18g. In conclusion: taste was great. This is a low-fat, high fiber meal. Still too high in sodium. Substituting dried beans and homemade broth would help, but would also add a considerable amount of time to the cooking time.
