Peruvian Chicken Soup (Aguadito de Pollo)

This was easy to do. Didn't have peas or cilantro. Used other spices. Turned out great. Cooked rice separately. Used more garlic.

I liked the sound of this recipe, so thought I'd try it for dinner tonight. I added 3 gloves of garlic. I didn't have any milk so I used cream of mushroom soup and approx. 1/2 can of water. I added more white wine. Didn't know if I had a dry wine. It was a Chardonney. I added approx 1 cup. This recipe turned out really well. My husband really like it.
