Yummy ! Keep in mind that it shrinks when you cook it in a slow cooker. I wish I would have bought more meat. Toasting a roll w/ butter and garlic powder and then throwing it back under the broiler w/ pepper jack cheese made it extra tasty !

Southwestern Turkey Soup

WONDERFUL! YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY ! I was trying to figure out how to use up Thanksgiving Day leftovers and have made it 3x since then. Only thing I added was corn. Thank you for such a warm and filling perfect winter day meal!

Carrie's Bruschetta Appetizer

I found here in Ca, that tomatoes are kind of iffy during the winter.... so I substituted grape tomatoes instead. They're smaller and keep their flavor pretty well. Plus they look good ;-) Adding balsamic vinegar as other reviewers have recommended is yummy !
