Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2013
I made mine with ground breast of turkey instead of the traditional burger. I placed the outer cabbage leaves on the bottom to prevent burning. On top of the cabbage leaves I added one can diced fire roasted tomatoes. I also crumbled up some garden herb croutons and added that to the turkey mixture. I topped the rolls with 2 Tbls. low salt tomatoe paste, then covered with the remaining outer cabbage leaves to keep al the moisture in. Put in the oven for 1 hour covered at 375 then 30 minutes uncovered. totally delish!

Swedish Meatballs (Svenska Kottbullar)

Reviewed: May 4, 2012
oh my yummy yum yum! I also made these with ground turkey, cut the nutmeg in half. They melted in your mouth. I didnt have beef broth so I used chicken broth and added 1/4 cup heavy creme to the gravy. Then when the balls were done, I put them directly into the gravy. right before serving, I folded in the sour creme. served over egg noodles they were divine.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
I was not pleased with the cookies at all. Tried cooking them a few minutes longer and still they came out the texture of pancakes. Wont be trying these again. I will admit this is only the first time not liking a recipe from this site and I have tried hundreds of them.

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
i am very pleased with this recipe. I put two pastries side by side and then braided. I boiled the chicken, peppers, onions for 15 minutes and then shredded the chicken. It made the filling full. after braiding, and putting the egg wash on, it came out golden brown and professional looking. I will be making this again.
